Provide leadership to the Home product area managing engineering managers. You will be instrumental in growing the Home product area and accountable for performance and results of multiple related units/teams. Grow the technical expertise of your team around quality, scalability and performance.

As Engineering Manager for one of our user-facing Password Manager teams, you will lead and empower one of our most prominent development teams at 1Password. You will help craft our vision and make it a reality through creative engineering and identifying required solutions to hard problems. You will be responsible for tactical execution by the team, helping to coordinate activities such as cycle planning, design reviews, and project planning.

Manage 5-7 engineers on Beacon's Datastore Team, coaching them to pursue opportunities to grow their impact at Beacon, and guiding them to overcome challenges along their journey. Develop a deep understanding of the Datastore Team's activity and products to facilitate continuous improvement of the team's internal processes. Cultivate an environment where engineers are empowered to learn constantly and collaboratively.
